You can change your company email address on the Email Settings Page under "Company Email".
Make sure that you have selected your company account and not your personal account. Otherwise, you will end up changing your email settings for your personal account.
If you want to switch accounts between your personal and company account, please refer to Switch between Company Account & User Account.
Additionally, if you have not set a company email, Wantedly will automatically send emails to your personal email, which were originally supposed to be sent to your company email.
